Smoked low and slow at 250 degrees, we craft authentic style BBQ in Roseville, California.

Our Custom Klose BBQ Pit (The Beast) burns only locally seasoned oak and fruit woods to impart the perfect smoke across our brisket, ribs, pulled pork and more. We respect our guests and our craft, which is why we believe in using the freshest and highest-quality meats and locally sourced ingredients we can get our hands-on. Our meats are slow-smoked daily and every item on our menu is made from scratch—from our four unique barbecue sauces to dip your ‘que in, to our fresh-squeezed lemonade.

WHEN WE ARE SOLD OUT, WE ARE OUT…

At Fahrenheit 250 BBQ, we cook our meats fresh every day, which can take between 6-18 hours depending on the cut. Each day, we cook as much as The Beast can handle and when we sell out, we are out until tomorrow. We don’t have a microwave, we don’t use a freezer (except for ice cream). We make everything from scratch every day.

We plan to bring you all your Fahrenheit 250 favorites soon! As long as dine-in limitations remain in place, we will be working to establish new hours, increase our curbside pickup capacity, and team up with all of your favorite food delivery services to help meet the demand.

We are staying true to our local roots—crafting authentic slow-smoked BBQ (California style, of course), still making everything from scratch & doing our part to keep our community safe.
